Refund/Cancellation Policy:  once a credit report is ordered by Stonebridge the deposit is nonrefundable.  Once the appraiser visits the property the appraisal deposit is nonrefundable.  If the appraisal is cancelled before the visit there may be a cancellation fee by the appraiser which will be deducted from the deposit.  The remaining deposit will be refunded.
